Mindfulness in Teams (2024)
This review distinguishes mindfulness at the individual level from mindfulness at the team level, and examines how each impacts team processes and outcomes. It maps out the key mechanisms, conditions, and open questions in the study of mindful teams.
Time of Day Preferences for Meditation (2023)
Using data from thousands of meditators, this paper tests the classic habit-formation advice to “meditate at the same time every morning.” We found that morning meditators were more likely to sustain a practice, but people with less rigid timing showed better long-term consistency.
